October 22nd 2008 - The team at A-Z Proxies is pleased to announce a new partnership with MonsterProx.com who provide high quality web proxy hosting services; and Web Proxy Talk - the number one forum for proxy resources and discussion. The new deal brings together three great web proxy brands working together to improve the industry for proxy users and webmasters alike.
September 3rd 2008 - We have published a new web page explaining how the A-Z Proxies Bot operates, what data it collects and uses during the robots day to day activities.
August 26th 2008 - We have introduced new proxy lists broken down by country and software. This allows proxy users to quickly find a web proxy in their chosen country or using a specific software to suit their browsing requirements. In addition we now have a dedicated list of secure web proxies which offer SSL capabilities, as well as anonymous proxies which are running on an anonymous IP.
July 15th 2008 - After several requests we have now activated our FeedBurner mailing list which allows proxy users to subscribe and receive a daily notification when we update the system with new web proxies. The emails are delivered directly to your inbox and only one email is sent out each day if new proxies are available on that day. To subscribe just enter your email address into the form on the homepage of the web site.
June 20th 2008 - Our proxy advertising system has now been completed. We have three options for you to choose from, Tier 1 Listings, Tier 2 Listings and Featured listings all of which are offered at great introductory rates.
June 19th 2008 - A new proxy feed has just gone live, the feed displays the latest proxies which have been added to the A-Z Proxies list. You can subscribe by clicking the RSS icon at the top right of the home page and be notified automatically through your RSS reader about new active proxies.
June 14th 2008 - This morning we rolled out a couple of new features on the web site. The first is an update to the proxies list, we now include a small SSL Icon next to those proxies which provide a secure option. In addition to this we have now launched a section where we will be publishing some proxy articles to help you develop, maintain and manage your web proxies.
June 10th 2008 - A-Z Proxies web proxy list reached its first milestone this morning when the list exceeded the 1000 mark. The level remained above 1000 for a period of more than 24 hours ensuring each proxy remained active throughout the day. We have now set our sights on the next milestone of 5000 active proxies.
May 23rd 2008 - The development team has added two new display boxes to the homepage of the A-Z Proxies web site. The first is our featured proxies box which will eventually allow proxy webmasters to promote their web proxies (our payment system is currently being put through its paces and will be ready in mid June). The second box displays various statistics relating to the number of active proxies contained on the proxy list as well as how many have been removed due to ping failures, how many have been deactivated and how many are pending review.
May 14th 2008 - A new section has been added detailing the various proxy scripts which are available for webmasters to use in setting up their own web based proxy. If you are interested in running your own web proxy then this section is a must read to help you determine which software best suits your requirements.
May 12th 2008 - We are pleased to announce the launch of the A-Z Proxies web proxy list which is now available for public use. The development team has worked extremely hard to put together the initial workings of the proxy list and the systems which rotate and organize the data to ensure you always get to a fresh and working web proxy.
